Situated on five acres of expertly maintained property, the C.V. Rich Mansion features outdoor gardens that make for a fabulous backdrop for your event. This also includes not just one, but TWO outdoor ceremony locations to choose from. During the event, you and your guests can pose near the original gilded-era architecture or lush green grounds for the perfect shot.


We offer two distinct event spaces: the Sunroom and House, and the Grand Ballroom. The Sunroom and House are most commonly used for smaller, more intimate receptions, or for cocktail hours during larger scale events and special occasions. The Grand Ballroom, used for most larger events has a dramatic ceiling height and a neutral color palette to compliment any styled event!


Once your colors and decor are chosen, you will want to finish off your look with the right table setting. All packages include chivari chairs, champagne linen, and your choice of napkin color. Don’t be afraid to ask about specialty linens that you can order with your event specialist to really make your event pop. The possibilities are endless when it comes to making any event that is truly your own.


Leave your planning worries at the door when you arrive for your first appointment with our skilled event specialist. With over 30 years experience in the industry, our team is well versed in all cultures, trends, and event details to make yours one to remember.  We offer a wide selection of packages to choose from as well as special additions to incorporate your own touches to your special day. Our packages include the use of TWO bridal suites for both before and after your ceremony. All event chairs, tables, linens, glass and china are a part of your package so no need to worry about renting anything additional unless it is to enhance your room! You and your event specialist will work with our in house catering team Caperberry Events. Together they will ensure that your menu is one that reflects your background, style, and food preferences. From the very beginning, to the very last song, we aim to make your entire experience one you will remember for years to come.
